Whisper of Peace

Lists and journals and planners and oils and a quiet morning…

All designed to inspire a purging of the mental cloud that is incessantly overflowing, ultimately draining the body; robbing it of real peace.

So before I download on paper, I am going to take advantage of this rich and sacred quiet morning and meditate along with a soothing voice and calming music. This practice allows me to step out of the mental and emotional bondage with ease and download anything spirit may have for me. I often release tears during meditation. They just cannot be contained and will flow freely and gently. It is so cleansing.

This form of self-care is a part of who I am and it is essential to my inner peace and healing. What works for you? Find something that allows you to enter a place of calmness and stillness; a place to unload that which weighs you down and keeps you from moving forward. Remember, it doesn’t have to look like anything anyone else is doing. It doesn’t have to be perfect. There is no right or wrong way. It’s your way. Be present with your Divine self. Be aware of your breaths. Rest. Release. Reclaim. Restore. Align.

Namaste.
