Celebrating My Epiphany
3 minutes of arm exercises
AND……………………
10 laps around the inside track (of my house)! 5 minutes with a 30 sec pit stop breather!!!
WOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I haven’t been able to move my body for 5 minutes straight in a VERY long time.
I kept repeating, out loud, YOU ARE POWERFUL. YOU ARE STRONG. YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS YOU. YOU ARE POWERFUL”
Elated! X 100000!!
(all this on the tail end of a 6 day battle with the stomach flu and while Im on my period and recovering from a migraine yesterday!)
That was a celebratory email I sent out today to a few of my dear friends and supporters. It is much to the average person. It really is a small step but it is so very huge for me. Honestly, I cannot even explain how huge this is for me. Each day will get better and better and eventually I will move more and more. The confidence is building and I know I can do it.
This high, emotionally charged, tear stained, beautiful moment…. I will remember forever.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. -Philippians 4:13

Move yourself in the direction you want to go rather than looking for someone else to motivate you. To do things for your reasons will give you lasting sense of drive instead of just a momentary feeling of motivation. Remember, motivation is temporary; drive is permanent. – Anthony Robbins
